the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this response/resolution is satisfactory to meI will not however ever recommend this company to friends or family This was a situation that would have never happened if the job would have been completed properly when it was first done The baffels would not have been difficult to install if they were put in initally before insulation was put into the attic They did have a couple guys come out and install them and they did a good job finally once they finally realized that the work was going to have to be done We did also have to have someone out I think a total of extra times because our shutters kept falling off of our house because they were improperly put back on when the insulation was initally done I have also been made aware that while to fill out our rebate thru vectren, that the guy from vectren that is looking at our application was given a hard time by the ladies in the office because they didnt want to do an itemized receipt that is needed for the rebate USA insulation is part of Vectrens rebate program and because of the invoice not properly being done, I am still waiting for my rebate months later Thankfully I have a direct Vectren contact that is doing is best to fix their mess ups.

USA Insulation installed the baffles in the attic. This was a very rare occurrence and the structure of the house made it almost impossible to install them. If the [redacted] have anymore issues with our products we are more than happy to fix any problems.
USA Insulation will contact Mr [redacted] on Monday June 12, 2017 to schedule a time for Tim l[redacted], the owner to look at the house. We cannot make out the pictures Mr [redacted] had provided on here.
When Mr [redacted] called into the office complaining about the installation job done in November of 2015, USA Insulation scheduled an appointment with him to come out to his home to check the insulation that was put in is home. USA Insulation went out to his home on Saturday March 11/2017 and a...
few small areas were missed and the installation crew added more insulation to the home. A thermal scan was done after the home was reinsulated and all of the wall cavities were full. Mr [redacted] called us after that and was going to have a general contractor come out on Saturday May 20,2017 to tear off the drywall so we could inspect the injection foam that went into the wall. The contractor that Mr [redacted] hired did not show up but one of our crew chiefs was there and brought a piece of insulation back to the office. The owner looked at the injection foam and said it was perfect and there should be no issues. We will be glad to come back out to fix anymore issues the [redacted]s have with our product.
Mr. [redacted], just as with all of our customers are offered multiple finance options, however, when we submitted his credit application he was only approved for the one program in which he was presented with a contract that he read and sign. I am not sure what the problem is, I feel USA has...
performed it's job correctly.

Review: I contacted A1 Locksmith last week via email and asked for a quote on a rekey of a home that my mother just purchased. I was quoted $25.00 for a service call and $19.95 per lock changed. When the technician arrived today (in an unmarked vehicle with no company id), he looked at the locks and said that it would be $75.00 per lock plus the $25.00. I stated that this was not the quote that was given to me. He said these were dead bolts and took a lot more time, etc. and that's why they were so much more. I told him to call the company. He got on his cell phone and came back and said he could discount to $45.00 per lock. Since we needed the job done, I reluctantly told him it was ok and he completed the job in about 10 minutes. This is a bait and switch tactic that is used on the elderly. I can certainly understand a quote changing but to go from $19.95/lock to $75.00 and then down to $45.00/lock is very deceiving. I was never told that this was a starting point on the phone or I would have called another company. The company doesn't even answer the phone with A1 locksmith. They now answer their phone customer service. I wonder if they even have a legitimate business license to operate. I made the mistake of not checking them out thouroughly because I saw the Revdex.com A+ rating on their web-site. I now can't even find them on your web-site. False advertising?
