We are sincerely sorry for any miscommunication or delays during this processWe were aware of the *** situation and wanted everything to go just as planned, however the home was delayed due to some transportation problems during transit from AlabamaWe had planned to have their home
delivered and set up on Friday Sept 26th and complete the interior trim the next day, which didn't happen due to the transportation problemsThe home was set up on Monday the 29th and trimmed out on the 30thWe agreed to reimburse them for the hotel bill due to the delaysWe got the invoice for hotel on Oct 1st and due to my bookkeepers vacation the check wasn't mailed until Oct 10thI have personally spoken to Mr*** and apologized for any additional stress we may have caused and assured him that we would take care of any issues of concern, I gave him my cell phone number and asked him to call me anytime. The Manufacturer of their home ( Southern Homes ) has been to their home and made some repairs and are prepared to make additional repairs as neededI told Mr*** that we would pay for a local Electrician to come do a complete inspection of his home, which he said he wanted to have doneWe are in communications with the *** and expect all of these issues to be resolved to their satisfaction soon

We purchased our home in 2012. The first year was great. We had some issues, but was solves right away. Once, a service man was sent out in a severe storm. Then the warranty ran out. First our A/C coils started freezing. When I called, I was told the coils only had a year warranty. I contacted the manufacture, an was told there was a 5 year warranty and to contact a repair company. I called 3, 2 said they would not work on A/C from Magnolia Estates. I was told they purchased discontinued items. And in the past, when they would work on A/C's sometime it took 6-12 months to get paid. I finally found someone [$600.00]. Then one of the sinks in the master bath quit working. Another bill. I was told that the pipes were not connected correctly when the home was build. NOW, we have to have the kitchen floor replaced because of water damage due to incorrect connection when manufacturing the home. The cost is over $2000. Money we do not have!!!!!!!! I am just waiting for the 5 year warranty to run out, because I know the A/C compressor will go out. I lived in a 1980 "trailer" and when we sold it 8 years later, it was in better shape than our 2012. I went to Magnolia because I heard great things. This is NOT true.
