A1 Metro Limousine Service

I rented a party bus from Metro Limo of Freeport,NY for a surprise 40th birthday celebration for my husband. When visiting their parking lot where the buses are kept, I was shown a 30 passenger and 25/26 passenger bus. I requested and signed a contract for the 25/26 for the 30 passenger had carpet and I specifically told [redacted] that I did not want carpet. On the day of my event, the 30 passenger was sent to my home. Not only was this the bus I said I didn't want, it was disgusting. Water was all over the seats from a leaking roof, the privacy glass did not close, the tv didn't work and the bathroom was not in useful conditions. When I contacted the company to speak to [redacted], the owner, I was told that he would not speak to me and that [redacted], office manager would be the one I could discuss my matter with. [redacted] continuously interrupted me as I spoke, told me that she lost another job because of my little $168(,which she over charged me )and she was writing down everything I said so that she could tell the judge. I never mentioned court but apparently she had enough disputes to her company that she knew where this would head. I was blown away by her response because I was simply communicating dissatisfaction with the service provided but not promised. I had a dvd made in which I paid $200 to show to our guest at the end of night. Because the equipment was not working in the bus, I was not able to do that and [redacted] made no effort to resolve the matter but indeed made it worst by becoming defensive and attempting to start an arguement with me.
