This correspondence is in regard to complaint [redacted] (10/25/2015)This is aclarification of some facts that Mr [redacted] stated to you and a copy of the certified letterthat we sent to him on 09/26/Mr [redacted] never picked up this letter at the post officedespite having two delivery notices left for himSince he did not pick up this letter, hecould not have known the content until my husband delivered a copy to him on 10/16.He stated we sent him the notice of termination of contract ("kicked him out") of hisstorage in response to the first letter to Revdex.comThis letter to us from Revdex.com was datedSeptember 28,and the certified letter to Jason [redacted] was mailed on September 26,As you can read in the letter (certified), the facts of late payments were included.The most recent communication from him states that his complaint is that he wants his$deposit fee returnedAccording to Wisconsin statutes governing storage unit rentals,the deposit fee must be returned within days after the requirements are fulfilled (keyreturned)The key was mailed on 10/26/Therefore, the deposit should be mailedon 11/16/(it will be returned)Mr [redacted] has no complaint until that date.I am sending copies of letters and statements relating to the above eventsIf you haveany questions, please feel free to contact us at the above number
