I have received your email and letter about a customer claimThe Claim ID number is ***I understand that the customer is very upset but I can’t do anything at the moment, because this is our policy and she has to follow the claim steps so it shouldn’t take months to get it solved but
it could take up to monthsAnd the waiver has been signed by her so she should know that we don’t insure pressed wood itemsSo that’s why we do have insurance plan in our company

I am rejecting this response because:nowhere in the contract does it state couches should get to a customers home filled with oil from a truck. They have not showed me a good customer service experience from the beginning when they picked up my things until now. Months after. I will never use them again nor will I recommend them to any other individual.
