A1 Passport is a terrible place for services. We paid extra to have express services and its been 4 days now and I still haven't seen my passport. When I called, they have their phone forwarded to some other places with someone that they pay just to take messages. Its a scam people, please don't fall into their trap. I hope they would stop doing this.
