On 2/12/16, I took dog to get groomed Dog was matted and in need of grooming Left my phone number the previous day when I made my apptas the contact number My husband (who was out of town)was contacted instead This nomust have been retrieved from old files They advised him I had five minutes to get the dog because they were closing at 3: When I arrived, I advised that they called the wrong number The female and male in back of counter proceeded to argue I gave them that number When I got my dog (3# poodle), they handed him to me in a way that I did not notice a cutI did notice a bad haircut and looked like a rat I proceed home with the dog where I put him outside He went to sleep and when I went to get him, he was bleeding from his neck (under the ear) This is when I noticed he had been cut by the groomers I took him

On 11/14/at 8:00amI delivered my Papillon dog, "Primo", to APets of Perfection to be groomed Around 1:45pm, my wife received a call from the *** They stated that Pets of Perfection had brought Primo to them because he had been injured They were needing permission from the owner to administer a sedative shot so a inch laceration on the dog's chest could be stitched up We were totally shocked and confused as to what was happening Neither me nor my wife received a call from Pets of Perfection to explain the situation At 2:30pm, I took the initiative to call Pets of Perfection to ask what had taken place and get an explanation why we had not been contacted I spoke to the owner, Cynthia, and was told she did not want to upset us with a call until she had verified with the Vet that everything was going to be OK She went on to tell me that it had been several months since they last groom
