I ordered over $4,000 worth of ammo from A1 Premium ammo in November 2012 with an expected pick up date of January 2013. It is now January 2014 and I have yet to receive my ammo or been told when I can pick it up. I have called over 100 times and texted the owner [redacted] more than 100 times with very few responses. I have also called the shop over 30 times with no return call ever. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office as well. When [redacted] does respond it is always the same thing "it will be ready next" or "I'm waiting on parts". He has given me four or five pick up dates and I never hear from him again. He has never one time tried to call me. I have asked for my money back on 10 or 15 different occasions and he states "I don't have it and you will just have to wait". This is a terrible business run by the lowest life form on the planet and should be shut down for taking peoples money and not filling their orders. I know of a handful of other people who are in the same situation with [redacted] and A1 at this time. I am considering filing a small claims lawsuit but knowing [redacted] he won't show up for court and if/when a Lien is placed on his business he will not honor that either. People should be warned of this company and never do business with them. Hopefully between the Revdex.com and the AG Office in Michigan something is able to be done. I had a private attorney send him some letters but he never responded to those either. [redacted] is a terrible business owner and should not be allowed to treat people this way.
