On 5/24/we refinished bathtub for Mr.*** at the end of the work Mr*** was verbally informed of the do's and dont's when it comes
to cleaning and taking care of his tubHe also signed invoice for the work completed of which one copy was given to Mr***On the backside of customer's copy are Terms of Agreement and Warranty Information including on how to take care of the tub after refinishBaking soda is not mention by name in our cleaning solutions (#under bathtubs and sinks) but neither is muriatic acid, and aceton and many other chemicals that are on the marketWe believe a little bit of common sense goes a long wayNevertheless few examples are given for what to use and not to use when it comes to cleaningWe wer told by Mr***, he was using baking soda to clean his tub for years, but now he's is saying he only used 6-ounces of it in yearsWe have no idea what Mr*** did with his copy of the invoice, but to claim that he never recived it is inaccurate and misleading by the customer.Attached is a copy of a paper work signed by Mr.***, also attached is back side of customers copy page with Terms of Agreement and Warranty informationsWarranty please refer to #under Bathtubs and Sinks (one year)We do have exellent record for many years with Revdex.com and California State BoardWe are willing to prvide good and fer service for this customer, but we also believe the customer should be fair onhis partTherefore we are willing to strip old finish and refinish this tub for only $When the full price for tub refinish is between $and $If Mr*** is interestted in having his bathtub stripp and refinish looking brand new again Mr*** pleasecontact AQuality RefinishingThank you

No instructions of care was ever given to me on 5/24/or any day after that from Mr***In fact, I was not even at my place of residence when he had finished the job
