have had no returns, for which support the honorable work we do for our hard of hearing communitiesWe will not indulge all information of this transaction nor many of the conversations between us unless necessary in the courtsI will state that our business relationship only turned ugly after two weeks when Ms*** *** learned that she lost her social securityWe have voicemails and messages to support her inappropriate behaviorI have attached a purchase agreement to support that her mother, *** ***, signed an agreement that allowed for her to purchase hearing aid devices and if returned within 30-days the amount deducted from refund would be $per hearing aid for a total of $You will also note at the bottom of the agreement that it shows an amount paid at delivery of $4,via check #***Ms*** *** stated that she contacted her credit card company from which the check was written and stated that we had committed fraudIt is standard practice in the event of a return to allow processing time to return a refundWith the events of this transaction we are allowing time to determine whether her credit card company has or will process full return of her purchase and items like filing unwarranted complaints before we issue refundWe would like the opportunity to refund Mrs*** *** in a civil manner

I have received as of 3-12-18 This is my response.. I am mailing the original contract document that Mr. Ed M[redacted] ..gave at the time 2-1-18..The contract shows that there is a lack of integrity in the timing of the return of the hearing aid..He is not being honest..I did get very upset and I admit that..During my encounter with Heart Tech..Business owner Edwin M[redacted].was made aware after one week ..that the hearing aid did not work,,,We were told he would come here..He did not...He called several times...He took everything personal..instead of attempting to resolve the issue with a hearing aid that worked...The fact that I lost income which I openly shared with him was not as issue..He wants to blame us for not accepting a hearing aid that did not work..He did nothing to get my mother a hearing aid that worked properly...after many phone calls of attempting to get the one we had to work it did not..we felt harassed.. He was paid the day we went there in full ..the Hearing Aid 2-1-18 the checked cashed the next day...He was never forth coming about that...He called and called..worried about his reputation..My mother is going to be ** years old...I take her care to heart..Why would he keep 500.00 the contract says that he can keep 500.00 if there was damage ..there was not...it was returned in good shape..We tried to return it sooner but he put us off claiming they would not be in the office..He take no responsibility for not delivering as the contract states a hearing aid that worked for my mother. He needs to return the full refund...
