the company advertized for the crank shaft for $375 then I agreed to buy it the price changed to $1400 because the one that they quoted was no longer availableHowever I just checked and now there advertising on ebay for $355 [redacted] ***So this is a bait and switch policy of this company I had to buy one for $900 my damage was $525i want them to reimburse me and remove any advertising of products they dont really have,

The time frame information that Mauricio gave "MAY take days to get" was what our supplier's website gave at time of quoting We did contact our supplier the following day and they informed us that their system time frame was incorrect and the correct time frame is 60-days We can
still offer that crankshaft at that price of $to the customer but will be within 60-days Mauricio therefore offered the customer another suppliers option that was in stock however the price point was different The customer was given both options that following day to decide which option he wanted to pursue Please keep in mind that the customer has not ordered anything from us We did not charge the customer or even get the customers credit card number or even shipping address We are honoring the price that the customer received however the time frame changed This is not a bait and switch-especially since the customer never even ordered We are sorry that the customer potentially missed out on a bid that he had for $-Ben *** Vice President

After reviewing the customer file, the customer was refunded 355.00 on March 24, 2017. the customer submitted a review on March 21, 2017. After learning of the situation it was taken care of immediately. Tell us why here...

Customer ordered an oil cooler from us on 11/4/16 to be delivered by 11/10. On Wednesday, 11/9, one of our sales support team members called the customer at 3:28 pm EST to inform them that the warehouse had made a mistake and sold the part twice. Customer was informed that we did have a replacement...

that we could ship second day air via UPS that he would receive Friday, 11/11 or Monday, 11/14, we could ship it UPS ground and it would arrive Monday, 11/14 or Tuesday, 11/15, or we could cancel the order and do a refund. Customer asked that we let him know whether we could get the replacement oil cooler expedited and would make the decision then. The sales support team member called the customer again on 11/9, at 4:56 pm EST to inform the customer that we could indeed get it expedited via UPS second day air and that he would have it by Monday, 11/14 at the latest. Customer agreed that this would work for him and we had the part shipped. On Thursday, 11/10, customer called in and cancelled the order. We asked him to allow the package to deliver on Friday, 11/11, so we could arrange for pickup and return shipping as that would be cheaper than turning the package around. Customer refused this option and was subsequently informed that because we were unable to follow our normal returns process that he would be responsible for the expedited shipping, the cost to turn the package around, and a restocking fee. The amount the customer was refunded was the amount left over after the previously mentioned deductions.

We have determined that the waterpump that was returned was slightly different then then style we have in stock but we would like to move on the side of the customer and replace the product for him with another new pump.  I apologize for this inconvenience of time lost and hope the replacement...
