A roofing was hired to do roofing work and deck work on a house I bought for my motherThere was an unnecessary lawsuit that delayed them getting paidHowever the work they did on the deck was unacceptable for $The job was to secure the deck to the house, which they did with two simple L brackets and eight screwsWhat it really needed was far more robustThe other job was to replace and finish the top railThat work was also poor and had running stain that did not match the rest of the deck
They threatened to put a lien on the house and called the woman at the title company a "b***"They offered no resolution to my issues I will be redoing both projects
