A1 Roofing Company

[redacted] at A1 Roofing & Siding Co has completely cheated me out of $3000 I paid him to fix a leak in my roof.After looking at my roof on 3 or 4 different occasions [redacted] at A1 Roofing & Siding Co said he could the leak in my roof but it would require that the roof over the back half of the house be completely replaced. We agreed on a price not to exceed $3000. [redacted] at A1 Roofing & Siding Co assured me that he would be able to complete the work from start to finish for $3000 and if it was going to require more money for any reason he would take care of it at no additional charge to me. I have disputable proof of this exact agreement.After the work was done it rained pretty hard and the roof was leaking. Originally the roof only leaked in one spot but now it was leaking in a few spots. I called [redacted] A1 Roofing & Siding Co and told him about the leaks and he said if it was only leaking in a few spots that was good. He explained it as if a few leaks were going to be easy to fix an it was not a problem. [redacted] at A1 Roofing & Siding Co came out and made some repairs soon there after and shortly after the repairs it rained hard again. This time it leaked in more so I called [redacted] at A1 Roofing & Siding Co again and he came out and put a small tarp on the roof until he could come out and repair it properly. After the tarp was installed on the roof it rained gain and it leaked in even more spots. I called A1 Roofing & Siding Co again and he came out again and this time covered the roof he replaced in plastic. And told me he did not have any money to make further repairs at that time. This was [redacted] time in [redacted] ! He said he might have the money some time in [redacted] passed and he still did not have money to repair the roof and then quit taking my calls altogether for the next 4 months. When he finally came back the roof again leaked the next time it rained.At this point [redacted] at A1 Roofing & Siding Co refused to repair my roof and refused to honor the 5 year workmanship warranty.
