The consumer was paying the company for trash removal. The consumer asked the company to pick-up trash weekly until Sept 2011. The consumer changed it to monthly; however, company continued to pick up the trash weekly. The consumer sent the company 3 letters to have the trash removal to take place monthly. The consumer also called the company several times to stop the weekly removal. The consumer contacted the company on 06/19 and 07/10 to have the dumpster completely removed from
the home. The company told the consumer they will come and get the dumpster, but the company has not removed the item. The company is sending the consumer a bill for $500 for the trash removal. The consumer has disputed the charges, but the company told the consumer she owes the amount.
