Owner did not quote posted shop prices in estimation. Third phone call to customer, owner quoted one price however when customer went to pay bill it was a completely difference amount. Customer asked owner to estimate another truck problem ,neutral safety switch, estimate was extremely high so customer declined. Very next day, customer's truck broke down. It was the neutral safety switch. It was not properly put back into place by shop owner. Customer fix the neutral safety switch with in 20 minutes with out new parts. When paying the original bill customer questioned the owner and he became very defensive. Owner started screaming, yelling and swearing in front of customers spouse.
