We made a bookkeeping error and paid Tim Kemper too much. After reviewing the copies of the cancelled checks and comparing with our contract, he agreed repeatedly that we paid him too much. He said he wanted to repay us with additional work, but he stalled for months on giving us a price for the next job. When he finally gave us a price and we agreed, he didn't sign a contract for the new work. He didn't show up when he agreed to start, and he has ignored all our calls and e-mails for the past two weeks. He has owed us $5500 reimbursement for five and a half months now, and he's neither paid it down at all nor taken any opportunities to work it off. We can provide a copy of the contract and copies of the checks, if that helps, but there is only a way to upload one document. Also, he listed his office phone as 859-394-6025, but we always communicated with him on his cell.
