I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Ron Anderson reassembled the Thread Tension Unit incorrectlyFirst, I have tried out my [redacted] sewing machine since he "fixed" it, and the Thread Tension Unit has malfunctionedThe thread tension changes in mid-seamIt breaks down, so that the bobbin thread falls out of the clothThis is a classic case of a poorly adjusted unitSecond, the Tension Indicator was installed off-centerThis is shoddy workI faxed Revdex.com a copy of his emails to me which prove thisIn these emails, MrAnderson claimed that the Tension Indicator had been originally installed off-center so he just put it back that wayThis makes no sense, since our email exchange proves that the Thread Tension Unit was given to him in pieces in a plastic bagHe was responsible for putting it back correctlyIn his emails to me, he acknowledged that the Indicator was off-center but he told me to live with itHe also told me NEVER to adjust the thread tensionThe Thread Tension Unit is an adjustable unit, so Ron Anderson does not understand its basic functionsPlease note Ron Anderson's profanityThis indicates the quality of his customer service Regards, [redacted] ***

It is the correct part and the customer was informed of the return policy BEFORE they orderedJust another [redacted] customer trying to scam a merchantAnd yes the Revdex.com is an extortionist organization in my opinion and a dog with no teethShe never asked for an exchange just demanded a full refund including shipping which is never refundable I started off polite and nice but ffirm then she escalated itIf she was standing in front of me I'd have slapped her in the mouth

SHe is a lying piece of ***And again *** off

This person is a complete lunatic. She sent me a photo of the part in place just as it is supposed to be. She can have a refund in accordance with the return policies she agreed to when she ordered. She wants something more and there is nothing I can or will do beyond that. Please stop with this person I will not respond to any more of these things on this case.

Ron Anderson reassembled the Thread Tension Unit incorrectly. First, I have tried out my [redacted] sewing machine since he "fixed" it, and the Thread Tension Unit has malfunctioned. The thread tension changes in mid-seam. It breaks down, so that the bobbin thread falls out of the cloth. This is a classic case of a poorly adjusted unit. Second, the Tension Indicator was installed off-center. This is shoddy work. I faxed Revdex.com a copy of his emails to me which prove this. In these emails, Mr. Anderson claimed that the Tension Indicator had been originally installed off-center so he just put it back that way. This makes no sense, since our email exchange proves that the Thread Tension Unit was given to him in pieces in a plastic bag. He was responsible for putting it back correctly. In his emails to me, he acknowledged that the Indicator was off-center but he told me to live with it. He also told me NEVER to adjust the thread tension. The Thread Tension Unit is an adjustable unit, so Ron Anderson does not understand its basic functions. Please note Ron Anderson's profanity. This indicates the quality of his customer service.

I just do not know where to begin with this.  First off the $55.00 plus $4.40 sales tax is for a basic service, it is my minimum fee. I did not charge her anything additional to reassemble the tension assembly she took apart thinking she actually knows something about sewing machines. I cleaned...

and lubricated the machine for the $55.00 and adjusting tensions is part of that service the assembly took me only a couple minutes so I do not charge for that. When it left here it sewed perfect I put 2 not just 1 sewn sample because she indicated the problem would pop up after some time so I made sure to sew for quite a while. Next day she sends me a nasty email yelling that I did not fix it with a photo showing she altered the setting I had set. SO now it is my fault. No way [redacted] off.

This customer contacted me about returning an item that is non returnable, this is stated very clearly in the return policies they must read and agree to when they order. They have to check a box that indicates they read it. It is also printed on the back of the sales receipt which I know she read...

at least partially because she requested an RMA#. After she told me it had a short because it cuts out when moving the wire I offered her a remedy, that she could send it to me with the cost of return shipping and I would again check it over like I do with all these items before the go out. If it was defective I would replace it and send back the shipping money, if it was not defective I would return it and use the money to cover the shipping costs. Of course there is nothing wrong with the item I sent there is some other issue with her machine and she now wants to put that on me. These are delicate electronic parts that can be damaged by putting them to a machine with a different malfunction. This is why they are not returnable. Here is a link to the policy on my site  http://a1sewingmachine.com/return-policy.htmMy offer still stands. If she agrees to the terms I set forth I will do an exchange or repair and return it.

I would like to respond to the owner of the sewing machine company, complaint #[redacted]. I did not read the prior email in regard to responding to you. I think this owners answer is so completely unprofessional and I absolutely did ask for the correct part to be sent to me. There is nothing I did wrong in trying to fit a part into a space that was much smaller than the part he sent me. He obviously has temperament problems and curses uncontrollably to his customers. He should be out of business with the response you have received from him. I think it is very curious that he does not have any customer review links on his site as it would probably be inundated with many negative reviews. Best Regards, [redacted]
