A1 Sewing Machine & Vacuums

Took a vacuum to only be looked at to see if it had a problem with the base since the brush bar had warped. Took it in [redacted] and abought a week later got a call saying that the brush bar and a filter only need replacing and that the base was fine. At the time of call I stated I would get back with them if I wanted the parts installed. Went by the repair shop within a month from return call to pick the vacuum up but they stated they could not find the vacuum. I did not give my go ahead to fix-repair the vacuum and stated that to the shop personnel. They stated that since people brought machines in to be fixed and the shop repaired them and customers had not picked them up that they simply got rid of the repaired machines. I have given ample time for them to find the machine they stated was possibly in a storage building.
