I had solar install and after months the system is broken
After 1/long months of trying to install the solar systemmonths later it already brokenI have been try to call the XXX-XXX-XXXX and XXX-XXX-XXXX with no luckThe solar system was pay in full by HERO program so the ASolar has been paid in fullNow they don't even pick the phoneI am stuck with a broken solar system that good for notingThey had to modify my interest rate from the day of the actually completed install and not the date of the signature of the contractwhich they never call the HERO program

They are trying to collect a debt that doesn't exist
A salesman walked up to the house and asked if we wanted solarasked him what they had to offerasked him what my power bill would be if I had it installed and for local referralsnever got either request he asked if a site engineer could do a site surveyI said okman came out looked at the roof and left that fast
They kept calling again and again asking if I had made up my mindI finally said no leave me alone
final call from them, man said that I might as well take it because if I didn't I would be billed $7,I said nothey sent it to credit report and now I have a 17,debit on my credit for something I never gotgot nothing...and that wasn't a mistake it is now up to %17,

sales person aggressively targeted my wife who stays at homeShe has mental health issues and has no capacity to sign $20k contract
The company contacted me on Friday May to let me know permits were being pulledI had no idea what this was about and they told me my wife had signed a $20k solar contractI asked then to cancel the contract and they refusedMy wife stays at home and has mental health problemsShe is home alone during the day and is susceptible to aggressive sales personsShe is in no capacity to sign legal contracts right now and I must be made aware of these decisionsShe is currently in the hospital after the latest psychotic episode and I am dealing with her treatmentsIt is very disturbing that these types of practices are allowed

My experience with A1Solar has been extremely unsatisfactory and my complaints are similar to all the others It seems that A1Solar is unprofessional and not a high quality Solar business The Solar system is not and has not been working for months yet I have continued to pay the loan for the installation which I was not able to pay without this aid I am still paying the loan for service I am not getting A1Solar has not kept is part of the contract In addition, efforts to reach them by phone or email have come to no avail I have no way of reaching them This is a serious condition, a breach of contract on their part I would rate this company a flat

Installed a faulty solar inverter that caused me over $in PG & E bills they promised to refund me over months ago
In 10/sales man *** *** came to home and gave me information on visits regarding what we could expect from the solar panelsI paid them $28,to install a Delta inverter with solar panels that *** promised to eliminate my PG&E bill and give power back to PG&EThis was not the truth, in 10/I received an outrageous True up bill from PG&E for over $for the previous months (10/to 10/16)I contacted them many times and finally *** *** stated he would replace the inverter and pay my PG&E billThey did finally replace the Delta inverter for a Solis in 2/However, they never payed me for the PG&E bills $+ $for bills from 10/to 2/total of $3,I have called over times and sent various emails to *** *** and *** *** and they have not contaced me to resolve this issueI paid $

The Acompany installed a solar electrical generation system for us in December of They were paid in full for it in the amount of $15,It worked for the year of but
failed to work at all in 2015.When I contacted them in March of they came out and repaired the system but have refused to discuss compensation for us for the months the system did not produce any electricity

After much persistence from Kristen Laubacher, we purchased solar panels from you while you operated as ASolar PowerAccording to the CA Secretary of Sate, that license is suspended
We found out you are now Canopy Energy - we spoke with you a couple times, you promised to have someone come out and inspect our inverter but you failed to do soWe have attempted to contact you numerous times after that and still noting
Our inverter has not provided energy for too long
If you care about your customers and your companies reputation I urge you to call us at (XXX) XXX-XXXX or (XXX) XXX-XXXX

Solar system does not meet promised standards and no one from the Company will investigate

Contract was signed on 2/11/Final install was 6/10/2014.Within day refusal, change was made verbally from lease to ownership and paperwork given to salesmanReceived no final contractSpoke on the phone(documented calls) beginning March 1, 2013-July with different people from general manager, field supervisor,solar service help line, finance director, vice president to customer support and sent emails to different email addresses with "no reply", "I'll get back to you" etc A formal letter was sent on July 28,to *** *** (finance director),at his request, outlining the "major problems"After no foll(I was in the hospital with surgery complications for over months) my son tried to call on my behalfIssues: Company does not have copies of my contract and I have phone conversations and emails

When A-Solar sold us solar panels we we're told that the panels would cover 95% of our electricity billsThey only cover 33% of our electricity

This company has ripped off us with a system that not only is functioning but also damaged our roof and house and left heavy items and debris during installation. We have contacted their main phone number and customer services several times and have not received any response from them so far. This company definitely uses a bait/switch with their lying sales people door to door and should be avoided at all times.
