Home owner was made aware that the weather was playing a big factor Every time are crew tried too come over it would start raining We had made Mr and Mrs [redacted] aware that there was several inches of water that was standing under the area that needed too be raised back up and they could not seem too understand we could not re level that area in till it dried up. Back wall was raised back up after area dried out and was leveled Mr and Mrs [redacted] wanted me too raise up middle of house and side of house and the contract states those areas are not under warranty When I tried too explain too mrs [redacted] that those areas are not covered I showed her on the contract were it said only back wall is under warrant she came very aggressive,cussing us out,getting into my face yelling her husband was trying too pull her back and tell her too calm down we honored are warranty were area of home is under warranty and Mr [redacted] was shown with a level that it was back level.   Back wall was raised back up and leveled completed and done should not be no complaint

We hired A 1 Superior House Leveling to level our home which has taken 8 months. We have paid in full. Our contract states that we have a 10 year warranty. We have sold our house, which they new it was on the market, and said the warranty would be transferrable with no mention of additional fees. When we asked for the warranty transfer documentation A 1 wanted additional fees. We asked for these fees to be waived since the job was not done timely or satisfactory. The supervisor became unprofessional, disrespectful with cursing and said our warranty was no longer valid. A 1 Superior House Leveling has revoked the 10 year warranty and breached there contract.
