Lon Smith has been out (and paid)for repair on my Roof at 3941 Weyburn in Fort Worth four times in the last 18 months. The repair has been in the same places around the Chimney. The repair has been done three times and it still leaks. I made the last payment on the bill when I was told the leaking was fixed - it did rain and I paid the bill assuming the leak was fixed. All Lon Smith had done was put a plastic wrap around the chimney and roof area. When I discovered the plastic - I called back in and was told it was the chimney and they could not fix it. But they had charged me for sealing the Chimney two repairs ago. The first fix was including tiles and sealant. the second was the sealing the chimney and adjacent area.The third time they stated they put in all new flashing and it was for sure fixed from leaking in both areas. The fourth time they put on plastic around the chimney. Never told me about the plastic until I called in.I had one area leaking on the roof next to the chimney 18 months ago. I now have 2-3 areas leaking in the same area now.
