A1 Tarps

Tarps are shipped in boxes without protection from box-cutters when opening, resulting in several tarp layers being sliced through.
Thus far, their customer service couldn't read/understand what happened when stated clearly in emails, then asked for photos that were provide twice.
Currently, the posture seems to be not our fault, not our job to protect contents inside a box from box cutters (as [redacted] & other shippers provide via bubble wrap, layer(s) of cardboard, et al.
I will, of course amend this review should satisfaction from this company be agreed upon.
