Review: Company has been promising to get me my TR2 reports for several weeks. They promise for tomorrow, but never have yet delivered.Desired Settlement: Please deliver my documents so I can close my permits.
Review: I hired the Ace Inspection & Testing Services Inc. owned by Mr. Shazad K[redacted] to make a Special Inspection called a TR-1 inspection for a Construction Project at [redacted]. I gave Mr. K[redacted] a deposit of $850.00 so he can start work. I received the initial TR-1 with a delay of six weeks and now he still hasn't given me the final TR-1 form. It has been more than two months and I am still waiting for the final form. I had to call his office many times with no forms being sent to me. The business that is paying me for my work is holding my payments until the Job is signed off by the Building Department. I want to have my money returned or he must send the final TR-1 forms promptly. He is also holding $850.00 on another TR-1 inspection I gave him and would like the money returned too.Desired Settlement: I want all of my Deposit money returned from the two jobs. This is a total of $1,700.00. He can finish the work if he sends the final TR-1 report promptly, otherwise, the money should be returned.
