My name is David R [redacted] I'm owner of A-l Tire and Storage Co IncLocated at [redacted] **York, Pa *** ###-###-####I'm writing in regards about: Complaint ID [redacted] .We are a local family owned and operated business, that's been serving the York area for 45+ yearsAfter receiving this letter, we were highly up setWe go out of our way and strive to make every customer experience enjoyableWe haven't dealt with [redacted] during this incident, we dealt with her Husband, she was never here at our facilityWe have employs all properly trained with 20+ years' experience for all and close to 80+ years of experience combinedWe ensure that before every car leaves our shop all wheels are correctly installed and properly tightened [redacted] had mentioned to us the day we purchased the tire that he was going home to do front end work on the vehicle, that required to take off the front wheels, one of them being the one they stated was not tightenedWhen [redacted] returned complaining about the lose wheel (Drivers Side Front), we simple told him we ensured that all the wheel was properly tightened before he left the first time, and apologized to him for any inconveniences, and even jacked up the car and make sure all lugs nuts holding the wheels on were properly tightenedIn which case they all wereHe was happy we took the time to look at the vehicle and went on his wayIt was about an hour later when the wife called in complainingI personally told her on the phone that we did in fact apologize and rechecked everythingShe then proceeded to scream and swear at me, so I did hang up the phone on herHad she remained calm I would of simply took the time to apologize to her as well for any inconveniences.Again, we are a family owned and operated business with 80+ years combined experience of changing tires, we do nothing mechanical at our shop just strictly tires, so we are aware of what we are doing and how we are doing itWe would never allow a vehicle to leave our shop without double checking and making sure all wheels are tightly and correctly tightened to the vehicleHad we ever mistakenly forgotten to tighten a wheel someone would be able to feel it feet down the road and return, [redacted] didn't return until days after the incidentMy opinion, I feel the wife was up set with the husband for purchasing brand new tires, when previously in the month they called looking for usedI feel she was looking for a refund of her money.Any other questions please feel free to contact me directly.Thank you,David *R [redacted] Owner

We have 3 employs all properly trained with 20+ years' experience for all 3 and close to 80+ years of experience combined. We ensure that before every car leaves our shop all wheels are correctly installed and properly tightened. My opinion, I feel the wife was up set with the husband for purchasing 4 brand new tires, when previously in the month they called looking for used.
