This guy is a crook tried to charge me one fee my insurance a fee and the car lot I leased the car from a fee he actually tried to get paid times for one tow

Called in to gain a better understanding of pricing- as I was quoted $(by two seperate people) for a tow and storage but was actually charged $ After speaking with a representative, who told me she doesn't know/make the prices - she "just worked there," I was transferred to the ownerHe was very condescending and gave a 3-minute monologue on how he was Christian and not a criminalAlthough that wonderful information, that was not the reason for the callHe continued to speak on how he was a Christian but in the same breathe called me a liar and blamed me for my current situationI was just trying to gain understanding on the price; instead, I was handled like a degenerate and called a liarThis incident was very unprofessional and I am very disappointed that the owner handles business in this mannerCaveat emptor!
