I explained to her how the deposit works its a nonrefundable deposit but it goes toward the purchase price of the vehicle when her and her friend asked how much I told her what ever she wanted to bring her male friend came back with 100 dollars he was also the person who I spoke with the next day about cameo not wanting the vehicle anymore when I told him it was nonrefundable he said that’s what I thought,then her mom called a few days later I never have issues like this because I’m honest about all vehicles sold and my customer are aware of how the deposit works I don’t feel like I owe her any money back but I am willing to give half just to get this resolved thank you.
