DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY They are your typical slimy and sleazy moving company This company quoted me men at $135/hr for an estimated hour move, plus $fee and pre-charged my credit card $1, Well, my move actually took a lot less time but this company did not credit my card back On the day of my move, men showed up instead of and I was informed by their mover *** that, "I like to have men for weekend moves, you won't be charged any additional fee." Furthermore, instead of the estimated hours to move, it only took a total of hours Now, instead of refunding me the money I am owed because the actual time of the move took much less than the estimated time, I am being told the following by their owner *** *** as well as *** *** the moving coordinator First, because I had guys instead of 3, which I never agreed to nor was informed of a price difference, they were charging me $173/hr instead of $135/hr Furthermore, all of a sudden, *** *** tells me there is a hour minimum move, so they are charging me for hours even though my move only took This was never discussed with me by *** *** my Sales representative, nor anywhere written on any form/contract I signed *** *** then tells me this is how they do business, will not give me any sort of credit to my card and will charge me this unfaithful and fraudulent amount DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY

RUN don't walk away from these people! Absolutely the worst moving experience of my life! men came to my house to pack and move me out of state and it was a nightmare from the beginningThey cared nothing about wrapping and padding my furniture properly I was shipping some liquor and one of the guys asked me for a bottle of vodka at the end of the job, amazing! They caused over $damage to my furniture and will update if their "FULL" insurance that I paid for really paysI highly doubt it given the quality of the personnel they hireAlso BEWARE that they put every damage code possible on every item they take on the inventory sheet even if the item is brand newI pointed out this *** and was told by Andrew, the head guy on my job that they do it to "cover their ***"I wrote right on the form that I "DO NOT AGREE" with any of the damage codesMost of my furniture was recently purchased and in perfect conditionOn a better note the guys that unloaded me at my destination were phenomenal, and even they were shocked to see the lack of any effort to protect my belongingsPLEASE never use these people I only wish I could give ZERO stars

Amazing customer service and follow up from start to finish ! Jeff, my driver and his team was also amazing ! Thank you for a great experience - (this is my third time using this company) Job # (***) I would highly recommend this moving company !!!!!

Last week I made an appointment for a visual estimation for cross country transit of my belongings the following Monday at NoonToday (the following Monday) I called the phone number in my visual-appointment confirmation email to confirm that my appointment was today at noon
ConfirmedToday (Monday) at noon (minutes from when the phone call was made)I was also told my estimator, *** *** would be contacting me when he was close to arriving
I spent all the time I could take away from work driving to my house, waiting from noon-1pm, then driving back to workAt 1pm, when the estimator had not arrived, I called the same number from beforeThe call center got a hold of ***
I was told that the the appointment had been communicated to *** as Wednesday, not MondaySo either the Call Center got it wrong or *** got it wrong, but no one seemed very inclined in making good on the situation
It's hard to believe a company that can't get the simple estimate appoin

Had an excellent experience working with A1A Atlantic. The two gentlemen who helped with the production equipment, Cherade and Devon, were extremely helpful, proactive, and even-tempered. They arrived early, were informative, communicative and a pleasure to work with. I could not have asked for a better experience or a finer group of gentlemen to help me set-up my independent arts showcase. Highly recommend this company as they are efficient, effective, and very helpful!
