I've had two projects completed using this company. The first project installed decorative split faced block walls (replacing landscape timbers) bordering the flowerbeds around my house, levelling and placing gravel in the parking area in front of my house, installing additional rip rap around the parking area, and pouring a concrete pad at the boat parking area immediately adjacent to my house. The second project involved installation of a retaining wall using split faced block with a matching 10' x 10' garden area along the back perimeter of my property. The work performed was top notch and they were meticulous to ensure that the area was level. Footers were dug and filled with concrete to ensure that the block would be level The blocks were secured to the footer using construction adhesive to ensure they stayed put. Once the projects were started, the crews showed up every day as expected until the project(s) were completed. A minor problem (1 missing block) that was noted following completion of the second project was corrected within 1 week after I notified [redacted] of the discrepancy. This company really makes an effort to ensure customer satisfaction.
