We had a new building constructed by the company A 1 A and there are issues with it. It has leaked several times and they have sent men out to fix it, we aren't convinced the roof is right. The site had to be back filled to make the ground level in order to construct the building. We have had rain and some of the fill for the foundation has washed out, it seems that every time it rains it washes out more and more . A 1 A delivered some dirt 3 weeks ago but have not done anything else to make sure the foundation is right, the dirt is just piled up. We are very concerned that the concrete floor is going to crack and be ruined, but A 1 A will not return our calls! My husband has left Mr [redacted] (the owner of A 1 A) a voicemail on his cell phone but it has done no good! We hired a contractor to construct this building for us because we wanted it done right but it seems that isn't what we got. We are dependent on this contractor to honor his one year warranty on workmanship. When we call the office, we are told to call Mr [redacted] on his cell and as I said, it does no good as he will not return our call. We paid half for this building on 5-17-13 in order for them to start construction, and it was finally finished on 8-2-13!
