We had booked A1A limo to shuttle our party of to and from the Port of MiamiWe have used A1A multiple times before and their service is always impeccableOur driver to the port on 3/seemed new but was timely and courteousMy return trip home was scheduled to be a 9:AM pick up at the port on 3/As the ship docked at 8:AM, I called A1A to confirm the 9:pick up timeI was put on hold for minutes and passed *** to different people, none of whom could give me the drivers name but said I would be picked up; but he might be about min lateWe disembarked and waitedAt 10:00, I called A1A to find out the color of the van and the drivers nameI was told to hold while they "contacted" the driverI never got an answer -
just kept getting put back on holdAfter min, I called back and was told that the driver never picked up but h
