We did contact FED EX to deliver the missing box that was wrongfully delivered to another customer and paid all feesMs [redacted] signed a Bill of lading for liability insurance of 0.60c per lbwhich our claims department at that time honor and gave the full money for the scratched night stand that Ms [redacted] states even though after researched I found out that the night stand was already damaged prior to loading! Claim department at the time also refunded for the box and we still send FED EX to recover the box and deliver to MS [redacted] ...All moving companies are liable to provide basic liability insurance of per LB per article and reimburse for loss or damage which MS [redacted] signed and understood prior to moving day!
I got a new job in Atlanta and had only a week to find an apartment and move my stuff from NJ to AtlantaI started to call few moving companiesA1A movers offered me month free storage and gave reasonable priceTheir staff was accommodating, available and informative about the processI am little demanding and like certain things certain wayBut the movers were helpful and respectfulTheir attitude made moving day much less painfulThanks for your help!
