Entire process was a nightmare! I wanted "professional " movers to help alleviate stress since my husband was currently working out of state [redacted] did not keep appointment time [redacted] took a personal call while I'm being charged by the hour [redacted] joking around [redacted] slow [redacted] insulted my new home [redacted] lost parts to my sons bed even after giving them baggies [redacted] banged & marked up my old & new houses door frames [redacted] almost every piece of my furniture was DAMAGED (I have over pics) scratches, dings, rug marks, rips [redacted] brome a ceder shelf and when pointed it out to the guy he called us "F$ing rded saying one part couldn't happen [redacted] called owner,***, the first time to inform him how unprofessional his guys were and he wanted to give me 10% off and he did give us a little over $off (not worth it) at the end but now I have to follow protocol and some how weight my furniture so his insurance can cover per pound [redacted] also called us liers
