A1A Refrigeration & Appliance Repair

I am writing on behalf of my 82 year old mother in law:On November 12, 2013, Mother in law contacted A1A Appliance & Refrigeration ([redacted], PO Box 8030, Jacksonville, FL 32239 ###-###-####)to get an estimate to fix her refrigerator and washer. Mr. [redacted] said it would cost her $495.81 - including sales tax, and required payment upfront. He said he would return with parts and fix the appliances the next day. She agreed and wrote out a check which Mr. [redacted] immediately cashed. He failed to show on November 13, 2013. She tracked him down and he made an excuse and promised to show up on November 19th. He again failed to show up that day nor the 20th and then promised to show on the 22nd, which he did not do. He has not returned any of her phone calls and I tried calling but all of the phone numbers were disconnected. I sent Mr. [redacted] a registered letter on December 5, 2013. As of today - December 19, 2013, the letter has not been picked up at the Arlington Post Office. Can you please help my 82 year old mother in law?
