Someone from this business purchased concert tickets with a check in the name of the business. This check was later deemed fraudulent and was canceled due to insufficient funds. I was told by the person who sent the check to deposit it and keep the money due to me and deposit the remainder of the money to a bank account in their name. I am now frauded out of $1,900 because of this business.
Other (requires explanation) This matter has been reported to the police, Wells Fargo, Citizens bank as well as a reporter for a news division. This money needs to be returned to me ASAP.
In response to this customer's complaint:
This was a fraudulent transaction conducted by a third party using our business name. They created fraudulent checks with our company name and address and then proceeded to cash them. Our bank is aware of the fraud and the account was closed. Please let us know if you require anything further from us.

I tried to call this business 3 times last week and was rudely hung up on all times. I understand this is a frustrating time but I was merely trying to let them know that there was a fraudulent check. I understand what they are going to as I was swindles of $1,400 from this person who wrote the checks and will never be able to recover that.
