Review: I purchased two phones and monthly services on Sept *, 2013. After all the charges were added. The bill came up to $485.00. The Samsung Exhibit was supposed to be for $99 and the LG Optimus L9 phone was supposed to be for $168 with a $30 mail in rebate. The Samsung phone together with a $40 monthly plan came up to $139. The LG phone together with a $60 plan came up to $228. They also sold me a bundle of accessories for $50.00 and I had a coupon that they gave me for a discount of $10. The total with tax is $442.21. After I didn't agree with what was charged. They told me that there is a $19.99 promotion fee for each phone which is not advertised anywhere in the store. I went to the store yesterday, and today and they refused to give me a detailed of the charges involved. They keep telling me different stories about what the charges were. I want the so call promotional fee for each phone refunded back to me. They do not want to disclose the hidden charges. The address of their local store in my neighborhood is [redacted] Telephone:###-###-####. The sale rep name is [redacted] and I don't know if that is her true name for sure. That is the name she told me.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the so call promotion fees (2)that were never disclosed to me.
