They cheated myself and my parents in my organization out of money. We paid for 3 teams to be in a 2 day tournament which was never completed!I am requesting that the charges be reversed because the organization promised a 2 day tournament with a 3 game guarantee. 6/24/2015 I spoke with [redacted] who took my card information via phone and charged me for the three teams to be in the event. After I spoke to her, she sent me an email after we spoke and she ran my card to give me the facility information (See email dated 6/24/2015 3:41 p.m.)6/25/2015 The Charge showed as processed on my account as above7/7/2015 I sent an email requesting the schedule for the upcoming weekend and I received a reply from [redacted] asking "Have you signed up for our tournament?"I immediately responded that I needed to talk to someone ASAP!7/8/2015 I received a call from a [redacted] who after we talked for a while he found that they had charged my card, but it seemed [redacted] didn't apply it on my team and had it looking like a weird type of donation!Later that evening I received an email with the tournament schedule for that Saturday and a change in the location of the tournament.7/9/2015 I received another schedule email and a set of tournament rules which included the spectator fees of $5 for one day or $10. for the weekendLater that evening they sent out a corrected set of rules upping the daily fee to $15 for one day and $25 for the weekend. After requesting, I received an email with Sunday's bracket schedule7/10/2015 A request was sent out in the evening by the A1/D1 Sports asking the coaches to be at the facility an hour early with a copy of their rosters, a copy of the final schedule and the Concession stand menuA separate email came out with a revised Sunday Bracket7/11/2015 @ 6:45 a.m. an email was sent to me with a change in schedule moving my 1:00 p.m. game to 7:00 p.m., which was unsettling as we rushed all of the teams in to be there for their first games and could have delayed on having many come upper Maryland during rush hour traffic the night before. When we arrive, the tournament directors are not ready to go because of paperwork, I asked them were should we should be completing our roster forms, they had no place for it.The Referees were uncertified [redacted] referees that didn't even understand possession changes and basics of basketball. The referees were not only completely without control of the game, but they also let many of the games get to the point where two organizations spent most of their game playing dirty and physically taking punches at players. We were advised by[redacted] that the exact time of Sunday's games would be sent out to all of the teams after the last games were played on Saturday. But no game would be before noon according to the brackets sent out for the Sunday games. And eventually after 9:00 p.m. when all of my teams had left it seemed that those two teams and their parents ended up fighting in the parking lot. 7/12/2015 My cellphone died about 11:30 p.m. the night before, so I placed it on the charger in the hotel. When I got up at 6:30 a.m. and turned it on, there was a text message from[redacted] (919) [redacted] advising that they had cancelled all games on Sunday 7/12/2015 due to the altercation between the two teams and the parents of those teams.I attempted multiple times to reach anyone of the tournament directors, but they wouldn't answer their phone to find out about compensation and refunds for my parents. They failed to do so. My position is we traveled over 6 hours and spent 2 nights in hotel for this event that was not only ran incorrectly, but they also failed to complete their contract that is listed in their advertisement in any way or form. The tournament promised the following:1. Boys & Girls 4th-12th - Only 1 Girl Team 2. 3 Games Guaranteed - Not Provided3. 2 Day Tournament - Not Provided4. Experienced Referees - Definitely NOT5. Stat Service - Not Provided6. Live Music - Not Provided7. Food- At additional as expected8. Tournament Like no other- VERY POORLY DONE!Desired SettlementI should receive a full refund of our fees. We traveled all of those hours and didn't receive as promised in their advertisment. Tournament Like no other- VERY POORLY DONE!They stated that the one day spectator fee is $15. and the two day is $25. The 22 parents/specatators that came purchased 2 days. They should get that back or at least the $10. each. I can have each of them place a seperate Revdex.com complaint if required.

I REGISTERED MY YOUTH BASKETBALL TEAMS FOR A TOURNAMENT HOSTED BY A1D1 SPORTS. THE TOURNAMENT WAS ADVERTISED AS A 50 TEAM TOURNAMENT FOR BOYS AND GIRLS WITH A GUARANTEE OF 3 GAMES PER TEAM. IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE REGISTRATION FEE OF $300 WAS PAID, I RECEIVED A SCHEDULE WHICH SHOWED ONLY TWO GAMES FOR THE BOYS TEAM. I WAS CONTACTED THE NEXT DAY SAYING THE GIRLS TOURNAMENT WAS CANCELED. (WITH AN OFFER TO PLAY OUTSIDE). I DECLINED AND INFORMED A1D1 THAT WE WOULD NOT BE PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT BECAUSE NONE OF THE ADVERTISED INFORMATION WAS TRUE. THE EVENT WAS SCHEDULED FOR JULY 11, 2015. WE HAVE CONTINUOUSLY ASKED FOR A REFUND OF THE PLAYERS' MONEY. THE PRESIDENT [redacted] TOLD US WE WILL NOT GET OUR MONEY BACK, "DO WHAT YOU GOTTA DO". I AM FILING THIS COMPLAINT BECAUSE A1D1 TOOK OUR MONEY UNDER FALSE PRETENSES AND REFUSES TO RETURN IT.Desired SettlementI WOULD LIKE THE MONEY REFUNDED.

I believe this business to be a scam. The owner advertises sports camps in local elementary, middle, and high schools and acquires parents phone numbers. The parents are then contacted to sign their kids up for the camps for $150. I don't believe there is any intention of ever holding a camp though, as there are no coaches, facilities, or plans made for the camps. The owner says he started his company in Florida and expanded to Raleigh, but there is no evidence of this business ever existing in Florida. He also claims to be a member/investor in DNG Enterprises, which doesn't exist.Desired SettlementAvoid getting involved with this fake company. Please explainBusiness Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted]Contact Phone: [redacted]Contact Email: [redacted]We will not entertain stuff like this. All we have to say is go to our website and see the photos and videos on our gallary page. Read our customer reviews and go on [redacted] and search [redacted] which will show many videos of the teams we have including our ceo face with the teams. As far as facilities go, please contact the facilities to see if we have our camps there. Thanks for reading. We will never talk bad about our employees and we wish you the best
