Review: My company contracted A2B to transport a vehicle from newburgh, NY to Parlin, NJ...the truck driver was 5 days late delivering the vehicle to Parlin, NJ and when he did he drove (should have been trucked) the vehicle on to our lot when it was dark, just left the vehicle and ran away...no trucker has ever done this in our 20 years in the auto business...the trucker is supposed to deliver the vehicle on a truck, wait for receiver to inspect the vehicle, receiver then signs off on a condition report, then trucker gets paid...NONE of this happened...upon us inspecting the vehicle we found the entire front of the car to be smashed...it was obvious to see that the trucker must have backed his truck up too far and smashed the front of the car...damage estimate is $4000...we have tried 12 times to contact A2B and they are ignoring our calls...we will be suing for triple damages.Desired Settlement: $4000 for needed repairs
