Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Mr*** is lying as usual, he told the California Contractors License Board that he's willing to replace the subpar panels he installed in my house, and WITHOUT my approval with another subpar brand, that's what satisfied the California Contractors License Board, they told me that A2M Contractors WILL be fined for NOT having back up documentation and/or change orders of why he installed subpar brand panels WITHOUT my approval/knowledge, he committed FRAUD, plain and simple. The California Contractors License Board told me that they can't force him to install a specific brand, they can only suggest him to replace them.In regards the brand stated on the contract (Copy attached) "LG" they do have ONE 280W model that has been discontinued, but they DO have other models with same capacity/specifications that are/have been in the market and available for purchase then and NOW (see attachment & link *** *.My HOA did NOT delay the installation they verbally approved the project November 15,- Financing from Egot approved November 4, (Copies Attached) panels were NOT installed until towards the end of February. In regards the small amount I owe him ($4,125) that is for other work performed in my house, that has NOTHING to do with the solar panels project that he got PAID IN FULL, BEFORE installing the SUBPAR systemI have NEVER said I’m refusing to pay, I have several emails stating that I will pay him, but he needs to resolve the Solar Panels System issue FIRST.In closing Mr*** runs his company defrauding as many people as possible, I already have been contacted by two of his clients that are taking him to court for malpractice, fraud, subpar labor & materials, etc...Contact me if you need further details and or documentation
Regards,
*** ***-***

We have filed a lawsuit against Mr*** as he has not paid his balance on the contract and is using this tactic to try and be free of monies owed to A2M Contractors IncWe went through Arbitration with the CSLB in which we offered a resolution to him based on his payment of his balance to the
companyHe has through calls and emails to me stated that he has no financial wherewithal to finalize his balance and is trying to keep from having to pay for the service. The CSLB ruled that the case was closed as they did not find any reason to take further action on this caseMy attorney Michael Buscemi of Buscemi and Hallett has filed at this time a lawsuit to collect payment and end this issue. There are a ton of issues with Mr***'s stated position including the fact that LG panels had been discontinued as his HOA had continue to delay the project and add additional costs to the bottom line. He continues to fail to disclose these issues as he tries to usurp his responsibility. We will update the file once the case has been adjudicated.*** ***
