I cancelled my reservation and they will not refund my money. I went onto their website and fill out a form to rent a limo. I received an email on 3/7 confirming they received my request. I then on 3/7 responded to that email that I wanted to cancel that request. On 3/8 they charged my card and went ahead with the reservation. I called them on 3/8 to get a refund and they said they would look into it. I called again on 3/9 and was then told that I booked through a booking company and would need to get my refund from them. I called the booking company on 3/9 and was told by them they reservation and payment went straight to the limo company and would need to get the refund from them.

I rented a party bus on Friday May 12th from this companyI have never had such awful service in my lifeI called them and had them give me a quote for the bus, and I was quoted at a rate of dollars by VanessaWhen my significant other went on the same day, they quoted dollars more than we were toldI decided to order the bus anyway because we were running out of timeThe night before the event, I called to inquire about the possibility of a larger bus and what the price would beThe manager said he was unsure and would give me a call in the morning.I did not hear from him in the morning, but they contacted my significant other asking whether we are still in need of their service although we had put a deposit downI called them immediately to clarify that we still needed their service and follow up on my inquiryThey gave me a rough estimate, and I told them I would let them know later that day if we needed to change itI called Vanessa and confirmed my pick up locatio

My son rented a limo for prom on 5/13/ *** explained to us that it had an aux outlet to play music from the kids phones The limo driver was of no help in solving the matter when the kids where not able to play the music I called the limo office twice on Saturday, was told that they would call me back after speaking to the driver No one ever called me back, this happened on Saturday and today is Tuesday, still no phone call I called twice Sunday to a full voice mail (I am assuming they were closed) I faxed and emailed my complaint on Monday and was not contacted at all about the issue I emailed again on Tuesday morning No one contacted me again...I called myself on Tuesday and got transferred to ***andra *** The lady was fuming *** stated the limo driver did not know anything like about the car equipment and confirmed he wouldn't be of any help in that matter *** then turned on my son saying "If you son was so tech savvy he would have known he needed a Aux cord" Obviously *** has no idea what shes talking about My son knew this...the outlet did not work and he needed help in figuring out why? Why did *** fill the need to start screaming at me on the phone, accusing me like I was in the wrong, very unprofessional This company should have experienced workers/drivers who know what they're doing with their own vehicles...not try to put blame on people hiring them for a job My son had pulled the limo driver aside on Saturday and asked for him to call the limo office to try to help in fixing the problem But the limo office was not contacted or they refused to help because the issue was not resolved on Saturday It is their job to know how to help a client who had just paid $for a service I'm not sure really which is worse the fact that the kids where ignored about the problem...When it really should have been a simple solution (someone from the limo office could have called and tried to help them) or the fact that this business ignored my phone calls, emails and faxes about contacting us Then when I finally get a hold of someone, (***) she starts screaming at me on the phone instead of talking rationally about the issue She wanted to blame my son instead of owning up to the fact that their own limo driver should have known the answer to why it wasn't working In the very least someone from their office should have contacted my son when they realized there was a problem and tried to find an answer to the problem
