Bad experience at this dealershipStay away from this businessThey will say anything to get you to come in there and they will do the opposite of what they said before They wouldn't let me take a car to my mechanic after saying I could the day before I went to look at a carShady group

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.Ms. [redacted] does not need to pay any money to fix her vehicle because she has a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty from a reputable national warranty company.  If she wants ts to repair her vehicle she purchased, we request that she return the vehicle to us so we...

Review: A2Z motors sold me a car that I believe they know was defective. I have owned the car for less than a year and am putting $1100 of repair work into it. Two days after purchasing the car I had an issue. The car shut off on me while I was driving. I took the car back to the dealership to have it inspected as promised from the dealer. When I arrived I explained the issue I had and was told by the owner, Oz, that I had put "bad gas" in the car. This was an absolute absurd response as I put regular gasoline from a [redacted] station in the car. In the last 10 months, the car has had the following repairs:

right front wheel bearing replaced

universal joint in the drive shaft replaced

wire connection in the fuse box replaced

It saddens me and makes me angry that someone would sell a car in this condition to someone with a small child. My daughter was 5 weeks old at the time of the purchase. The car was not safe.

I also do not believe that the inspection that was done was "real". An automobile would not pass inspection in this condition. Of course, I was made to wait at the dealer while this "inspection" took place and was not able to see where my car was going.

This business needs to have better ethics when selling automobiles to customers.Desired Settlement: I am paying over $10,000 for this vehicle and I would like the vehicle price adjusted based on the repairs made.

Re: ID#[redacted], We received your letter that [redacted] was unhappy with her purchase on 09/03/2013 of the 2005 [redacted]. Within the first thirty days we give a 50/50 parts and labor warranty on every car sold. After having [redacted] car inspected we never heard from her again until this correspondence. If there was an issue that would have been brought to our attention during that time frame (Almost a year ago) and we would have been more than willing to take care of the problem. We are sadden to hear that [redacted] is unhappy. We wish that she would have contacted us sooner that we could have resolved this matter in a better way. Great prices and friendly, helpful staff. The whole transaction went faster than expected. I would recommend checking them out if you're looking for a used car.

Review: I purchased a 08' [redacted] w a trade in of a00' [redacted] at 9:30 p.m on January 10,2014. I was told by [redacted] and also [redacted] the account mgr. that my my payments would be $240 a month. The bank would confirm on Tuesday. On Tuesday the bank informed me that my payments would be $380. My husband called them informing them that we did'nt agree to that type of payment. we would like to get our vehicle back since we have not registered the car yet. They informed us that they junked a running vehicle and if we would have called on Monday we could have got it back.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to either give me the payments that were quoted or give my vehicle and to take their vehicle back.If in the event that they don't have my vehicle, give me one in the same range.

DEAR SIR,

Re: ID# [redacted], We received your complaint from [redacted] reguarding the purchase of [redacted] on 1/10/2014. Please be advised that we require every customer to complete very extensive and detailed paperwork which includes all financial information including payment details. Both length and amount of payment are covered during the delivery process. All of our paperwork is explained in detail at the time that they are signed and if the customer has any questions they are answered. I am rejecting this response because: They never told me that the payments were going to be 382.01 nor did they have it on any paperwork I signed. I didn't receive any paperwork from them until February 4, 2014. The paper work they gave me now all of sudden has the amount of 382.01. They defrauded me and they know. Something needs to be done.

Review: The vehicle sold to us, a 2000 Buick LeSabre, had a plethora of issues that we didn't know about at the time of purchase, including brake problems, a passenger-side window that fell into the main body of the door, tie rod ends, transmission pan gasket, shocks, struts, axles, front and rear mounts and a cracked radiator. This vehicle couldn't possibly have passed a legitimate State inspection, yet it had state inspection stickers. This is no doubt due to the stickers simply being purchased with no valid inspection actually taking place. This is common in auto shops in the Greater Philadelphia area. A few weeks after purchase, the company kept the car for two days, ostensibly to conduct repairs. However, none of the repairs were actually made, and by the time we found out, the 30-day return period had expired. Meanwhile we are paying a monthly installments on par with a new car while driving a lemon. We have spent nearly $500 in repairs out of our own pocket, but we still have over $1800 left to pay before the car can pass the next inspection.Desired Settlement: We want a serviceable sedan that passes a valid state inspection, to which we want our original financing agreement transferred, with $2000 deducted from the principal for the aggravation we've suffered.

I am rejecting this response because:

The response from A2Z Motors is almost completely false, as is proven by the attached photo taken of a list of issues I presented to the company well within the initial 30-day return period. I took the photo as a precaution (a needed one as it turns out) and the timestamp clearly indicates that it was taken on November 19, 2012. Listed among the issues included engine stuttering problems as well as a serious issue with the steering column in addition to the brakes, shocks, struts and springs. We later took the car to a mechanic in March of this year, and he told us that the car could never have passed a valid state inspection with the issues he discovered, most of which we pointed out to the dealer in November of 2012. The inspection stickers must have been issued by an inspection station that neglected to actually inspect the car and instead simply issued the needed stickers. This is a common practice in Philadelphia apparently. Thank you again for your time in addressing this issue.
