Review: I helped my son [redacted] purchase a 1999 [redacted] from A2Z Motor Sports LLC. on [redacted] in [redacted], PA [redacted] to help him get back up on his feet after suffering a stroke. I asked the salesman Barry if the truck had been in any major accidents Barry's answer was some minor front end damage that had been repaired. After finally paying off the truck we receive the title to the truck in the mail. The truck I paid top dollar for has a (R) title what a reallllll rip off. We took the truck to a [redacted] Dealership to see what how bad we were ripped off the dealership said it was worth less than half of what we paid for the truck, by the way the truck was paid for in one year. There was no mention of the truck having a (R) title in any of the paper work that was on the truck or the paper work we received after purchasing the truck. I went down to A2Z Motor Sports after receiving the (R) title in the mail and tried to speak to Barry about the problem and was just blown off as a stupid woman who didn't know what she was talking about. I guess we will be going to court!!!!!Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the truck considering I was totally mislead by the salesman about what I was really buying.

Review: We paid Barry H[redacted] $1000 deposit for a [redacted] last Saturday the 28th of June. We left with the vehicle and put insurance on it and took it back in Tuesday to get things fixed as per our agreement. Before we came in he was harassing and sexually harassing our family so we had a police escort us to pick up our vehicle. He then said he wanted to terminate the sale and refund us our $1000 deposit in front of the local police officer and now he is hiding from us. Will not answer our calls or give us our vehicle or money back. He told the local police and several family members he would pay us but then runs in his car and leaves. We now found out that he has several previous charges of unprofessional business conduct and was forced to pay fines and costs. He also has heroin distribution charges and felony gun possessions. He has animals in there that do not get fed and look very sick. We are simply trying to get his license taken away so no one else is harmed by this man. He needs to be held responsible for what he does.Desired Settlement: We just want our money back and our contract terminated. He had all of our personal information in his computer and could mess with our credit and or money. We also want him put out of business and the animals rescued that he is neglecting and abusing. He is a horrible man and should not be able to live freely let alone steal from anyone else!
