We hired this company after they told us that we would not have to pay anything out of our pocket for our roof. Our neighbor was using them as well. We discovered that they did not pull a permit AND when we asked about it, we were told that they did not have to have a permit nor did they have to have the roof inspected. We contacted our city's code enforcement department and was told otherwise. Being they did not pull a permit, the city inspector could not come inspect it. We were told we had to hire a third party roofing inspector, which we did. This inspector informed us that there were numerous code violations in regards to this installation. The entire roof needs to be torn off and re-installed. This is the company's claim, according to their website: ?"We offer a 5 year labor warranty! Which is two and a half times the national average! Why? Because we know that after our crews are finished with your roof, there will be no back end issues associated with the installation of it!" Well there are many back end issues.

We were told by [redacted], the owner, and I quote: "I am sending my best crew to do your roof". If this is his best crew, then I don't want them back on my roof to fix what they couldn't get right the first time. My roof is not a practice for them.
