A2ZWorkouts.com Reviews (1)
Purchased a set of workout DVDs from website DVDworkouts4less, doing business as A2Z Workouts (the name that appeared on my credit card statement and my order confirmation). Stated clearly on their website, " all items are warrantied against defect for 90 days from date of purchase." My order was placed on 4/9/12. Shipping charges were $11.99, even though the postage on the package was for only $2.98. When the DVDs arrived, 2 were defective. I contacted the company on 5/22/12 about this, and was told that the DVDs were manufactured that way, and there was nothing they could do about it. No offer for a refund. I contacted the manufacturer, who verified they had no affiliation with A2Z Workouts and advised me they were likely pirated copies. I have since purchased the DVDs directly from the manufacturer ([redacted]), and they arrived in perfect condition with no defects, proving once again that A2Z Workouts is lying that this is just "how they were made." I contacted A2Z Workouts twice more on 6/26/12 and 8/13/12, requesting a refund or at the very least a partial refund on the dvds I purchased separately, and received no response.
A2Z Workouts is 1) Selling Defective Products, 2) Failing to honor their money-back guarantee, 3) Misrepresenting their product as "brand new factory sealed originals", 4) Delivered later than the specified time frame due to using media mail rate even though they are charging for "standard shipping". They will not respond to my requests for a refund, in full or in part.
