This email is in regards to complaint no***When we received the initial complaint, I reached out to the customer personally and did not receive a responseOn May 12th, when she rejected a response given to her via Revdex.com, I had the District Manager of the store she visited contact her, and again there was no responseTypically in these situations, we have the dissatisfied customer come back to the store while the District Manager is visiting, have the merchandise reviewed and then credit the customer for the purchaseAre there any other steps we can take to prevent this complaint from going unresolved?
