Had Javier come out to my home for an estimate on landscape workHe arrived, we discussed several items that I wanted doneI told him I would call him later after I talked to my wife, which I tried to do twice, which his phone was not answered & he had not set up voice mailLater that evening I tried to call his wife's cell phone, I left a message, The I went on their web site & left a request for a follow-upThe next day I again tried to contact both cell phones, left another message on Alison's number ###-###-####To this date I have not had either one return my calls or respond to my estimate request
This company installed a new timer and paid $to replace timer I had another issue & had another company come out & was told that the timer he installed is now falling off of the house I requested him to come out & fix it since he is the one who installed it & it hasn't been touched by anyone else until the other company looked at the time & saw it was falling off of the house I never heard anything from him or his company
We hired A'N'D to do monthly yard maintenance After some time, and A'N'D fixing several leaks in our front and back yard, we hired them to replace the entire front yard drip system After they completed the front yard, it did not appear that they had actually replaced the entire front yard, but Javier confirmed via text that they had in fact completed the entire front yard We then had them replace the entire backyard drip system as well On the day they completed the backyard, we came home to a mess...broken landscape lights just lying in our rocks, drip system pipes showing through the rocks and some laying right in the top layer of rocks, pieces of drip system piping just laying around the yard, and our synthetic grass sticking up at the ends and full of dirt/rocks/sand that had not been cleaned off We called Javier, who said he would personally come and take a look He did come out and it appeared all he did was get the grass to lay flat The grass was not cleaned and the drip system pipe was still showing through the rocks and laying on top layer of rocks- this had not been fixed I attempted to reach A'N'D/Javier via text, email and phone throughout the following weeks A'N'D did not respond to texts or emails - nor did they answer when I called or return my call About a week after all this happened, we had a leak in our front yard I texted A'N'D and called - indicating we had a leak in the front yard and as Javier indicated the work was under warranty and had only been completed about 4-weeks prior, we asked Javier/A'N'D to send someone out to fix Again, Javier/A'N'D did NOT return my calls or my text messages We were forced to hire another company to come and fix the leak and to fix the back yard drip line so it would not get crushed/broken by daily foot-traffic In addition to the $+ we had already paid A'N'D to replace both front and backyard drip system - we had to pay yet another company to fix the front yard leak and bury the drip system line in backyard to meet Arizona Landscape Irrigation Guidelines In addition to the $we paid to have the line buried and the front yard leak fixed (after just paying to have it all replaced) we found out from the 2nd company who fixed the front yard leak, that the front yard had NOT been all replaced...so I am sure we will continue to have leaks in the area where A'N'D told me they replaced the line and in fact did not...I can't believe that businesses with A+ ratings can lie, cheat and steal from consumers in Arizona I am absolutely floored at the behavior of Javier Acedo and A'N'D Landscaping I have plenty of pictures to support this review and the facts herein
