I have been disappointed in this company's responsiveness when contacted to make corrections in their recorded data for our company Telephone calls to the person reportedly responsible for maintenance of the records has yielded no results An email articulating the errors and listing the correct information was not acted on and was not replied to Now after months of attempting to get our information corrected, we received yet another "official letter" that had the same old incorrect and incomplete information
I have attempted to contact, via phone and email, the purported president of this company and have yet to receive anything more than an assurance from the person answering the phone that a message will be given to the president I am concerned that a'TEST's failure to address these issues in a timely and professional manner may be putting our company at risk with the state and federal agencies that have oversite and regulatory authority over our industry
It would be very difficult at this time for me to recommend the services of a'TEST The Searcy and Conway, AR offices seem to be professional and courteous in the conduct of business; however, the North Little Rock, AR office, which also is the primary business location, seems to be staffed with more rude and lower skilled personnel at both the technical and the administrative levels
