Hello, I was shopping for Christmas presents on Black Friday 2019 on Walmart.com, I saw an ad that stated Apple Clearly Protected IPhone 6, 6s,7,8, the first price said $31.67 with only 5 left, Sold by K. Hardware, I thought WoW! what a GREAT Black friday deal,I put 2 in my shopping cart, I thought I better call Walmart & ask if this actually incl. an IPhone, the woman (Tess) said thats what it says,I went back to the ad & the price had changed so quickly down to even cheaper,the ad title stated Otterbox Clearly Protected Alpha Glass IPhone 6+/6s/7+/8+ I get an IPhone & glass protector Sold & Shipped by Teh2Date! I was SHOCKED!I decided to purchase 3,an Iphone 4 ea. of my kids,I called Walmart again,I asked for a Supervisor (Jessica)reconfirmed I was reading CORRECTLY! & even pointed out a spot I hadnt read which was under Specifications: Accessories Included: it says Cellular Phone, b4 I purchased I needed to call again, I spoke to a Jessica again she stated YES! I was reading correctly even said I better get making my purchase before their gone! So I purchased 3 at $45.16, PLEASE understand I was soo shocked!I thought maybe I should call Tech2Date, called Walmart back had to explain EVERYTHING for approx. the 5th time for Tech2Date's # spoke to Russell,a Supervisor told me Oh NO! Im NOT sending you 3 IPhone's I tried to explain in detail he didnt want to listen or look up their ad on Walmart's website he just kept repeating I'm NOT sending you 3 IPhone's!! I had placed the order in hopes he was wrong, I waited 4 my order, I was going to be giving my Children IPhone's for Christmas, I received the package & NO IPhone's I was EXTREMELY SAD! Istarted to look up & read more of their ad's they have other ad's that state you get an IPhone included,& ads that state the Glass Protector was FOR AN IPhone that was NOT stated in my ad!I truely feel this is a case of( False Advertisement) As of today the ad states the same except the price is now $6.27

Finish the job Iwould like the 3 IPhone 8+ that state the Cellular Phone is INCLUDED! I mean why would their ad state its Cellular phone included if its not included'?? why not leave that space BLANK'?

It seems the company's customer service department is nonexistent.
I have emailed their support email over the past few weeks an have received 0 reply. I called during business hours, was the "#1 in the queue" for 30 mins, just to hear the answering machine saying it is after hours at 2pm today 2/21/20 for example. Their website shows this info "If there are any errors please contact us immediately to avoid any order delays. Email us at [email protected] or call us at 718-832-6900, Mon-Thurs 9am - 5pm, Fri 9am - 3pm, EST."
It seems they are good at selling but drop all support once the item is sold.

Desired Outcome

The product is defective and I would like to exchange it for a working one.

Ordered and returned a faulty Refurbished Surface Book 2, never received a refund.
on 6/11/2019, I ordered a laptop from a4c.com, and received something completely different than was listed.

What I ordered:
"Microsoft Surface Book 2 Features a 8th generation Intel Quad Core i7 Processor, 512 GB of storage, 16 GB RAM "

What I received:
"Microsoft Surface Book First Gen, Intel Dual Core i5 Processor, 256 GB of storage, 8 GB RAM"

I tried to work with A4C for over a month on an arrangement to make the purchase worthwhile.

They said they refunded me %20 of the purchase cost, because of the discrepancy, I never received anything.

Ultimately the laptop had so many bugs I had to return it. I received a confirmation of receipt from A4C, and was assured I would receive a refund, but nothing came. I have been working with Amazon pay to recover the funds from this, but no results so far.

It's been 3 months, and I have no laptop, and I've lost $972.27. Ultimately, I may be forced to litigate if I don't get my money back. this isn't a small a amount to be cheated out of.

This is by far the worst transactions I've ever had.

Purchased errantly advertised keyboard for iPad. Attempted to return. Non-responsive.
HORRIBLE...horrible customer service!! I ordered a keyboard for my 9.7 inch iPad (5th generation) from A4C on June 21st. The description appeared to pair this keyboard with any 9.7 inch iPad and not just the Pro (as was part of the title). When I received the keyboard on June 28th I immediately noticed this was not the case. I immediately researched the return policy on the A4C.com website and was informed I could return any item purchased, for any reason, within 30 days. That day I contacted [email protected] asking about the steps to return. No response. I sent an updated email asking for a response on July 1st. It wasn't until July 3rd I received a curt response saying a "return request would be submitted on my behalf" and that I would need to ship it back to an address given. I replied back that day asking whether I would need confirmation that the request was approved, and further would the shipping be at my own cost or would a label be sent to me. To this day...NO RESPONSE!

I first contacted them around Nov 15, 2018 via email thru ebay, asking if the power source would be included.
Item Descriptions states: "Item works perfectly... Does not include original packaging & non-essential accessories..."

Their email replied in the affirmative. I wanted to clarify what they meant by (Camera Only).
Items arrived in 2 boxes, without power sources. By email, They offered to reimburse me 10% . I Declined.
I have been trying to connect the 2 cameras to my app on the phone. The process on the app gets to the point of trying to produce an image or sound. no image & no sound results.
I own 10 other items from the same model of Canary Cameras. So, I KNOW how to navigate the app and the little quirks of the system.
My last email to them, April 2019, has gone unanswered.I do not see this item for sale on their ebay web site.
I am no longer willing to accommodate this companies inability to fully test the items they offer.
They appear to use the terms REFURBISHED & USED

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund. They need to re-train their people in the area of testing and repairing items , ALL the way. You cannot just plug it in. you have to test ALL the features, in order to understand if it is working completely. The current listing says that there are "0" available , and appears to be slightly different from the original. The time I have spent to resolve this, is discouraging.

Compustar RSG6-FO install with defective device after $200+ install
I had purchased the Compustar RSG6-FO on 12/21 from your site and had it installed yesterday by a professional installation service. When I went in to pick up my vehicle, they stated the installation was complete but they had issues with the unit where it would not work with the door lock/unlock or trunk feature. They had called Compustar and was told their were no harnesses for that device. So I spent nearly $200 for installation, and could only get one function on the remote working. So I called Compustar today and was told that model is first generation and extremely old - that nobody should be selling those and they don't recommend anyone installing them in their vehicles. I don't understand how A4C could sell this product and would like to know how we can make things right? I am out a significant amount of money on a defective product that is already installed in my vehicle - which could cause future issues.
