**,the owner of the company was contracted to unload a [redacted]l thru [redacted] on 11/1/13. They came at 10:05a.m. to unload a 26foot truck and did damage to some of the contents. The freezer now has scratchs on it and when they were unloading the flat screen television the helper he had with him did not pick the tv up from the bottom. He placed his hand on the side and pushed in the screen. He looked at ** and they never said anything but I was watching. They had to be told to lower the china cupboard or they would of knocked the top off it. To make their job easier we requested the furniture to be set in the living room as they tried to get a dresser in the bedroom and turned it upside down to get it in. They were finished unloading the 26 ft truck at 11:40. When we finally got our internet up to file a dispute with [redacted]p they denied everything and blamed the damage on the loaders. They stated they would give me a money order in the amount of $80.00 and I was and am willing to accept that but I did not want to close the dispute as I felt that was my only way of getting it. Well it was stated by someone that I refused the resolution which is not true I wanted them to send the money order then I would close the case. Well I received an email stating they would handle it. I still want the resolution that was decided and feel the case is still open but they had it I refused it and it is closed. Called [redacted]l to notify them of the damage on 11/1/2013 Went into [redacted] on 11/8/2013 when internet was connected.
