The most horrible and unprofessional company I ever dealt with, the technician smelled horrible, was hours late, did shabby work, didn't do what was quoted on the estimate, didn't clean up his mess and left a giant oil stain in my driveway from the truck, I will never use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone, the worst customer service I ever had in life....SHAME ON THEM!!
I usually do not write reviews-but I just must write thisOne evening I came home from work and my bathroom was having a water backup issuseUpon seeing this I went to my resident super for help; only to be told he was too busy to help-yep image that; anyway I decided to call a plumberMy first company I called was A-Absolutethe guy who came to my apt was more than kind he was respectful; also we both went to resurrect my building super, who did came to my apt to see what had happenThe A-Absolute plumber still with me until the super got his act togetherWhich was a comfortNeedless to say all is okay nowYep I pick the right plumbing companyThanks

I am writing you in response to your letter regarding ID Number [redacted] Our company did a job for the customer on June 18, When she called us back on June 23rd we were running a little lateShe then told us not to comeEnclosed please find a copy of her check that she has put a stop payment onWe also did her the favor to hold her check for almost two weeks before depositing itWe do not understand why she has filed a complaintShe stopped payment on her check and got her money back even though we are still wilting to come back out to her if she has any other issues with that toiletIf you have any questions please contact me at ( [redacted] Thank you
A steam pipe burst in January and this was the only plumber availableThey replaced ft of pipe from the radiator to the basement and they charged me $3,The job took no more than 4-hrsThey arrived around and left by To make matters worse I had to call them to come back and take the old pipes because they had left them behind in the ceiling! After complaining to the owner about the outrageous $3,charge he discounted $from the bill, stating that the plumber should have offered me a $coupon After showing the plumbing work to family and friends who work in the construction industry they all agreed that I was grossly overcharged for the plumbing work performed I am extremely embarrassed that I allowed myself to be taken advantage of Do not place your trust in this company

Worst service everCompletely UnprofessionalThe technician comes in the morning with some tools/parts needed to do the job, works on removing the water heater tank and half-way through thinks that he can't do smoke pipe replacement and walks away after some word-exchange with his manager on the phoneI call the main office and they said, they are sending other technician in hourThe other technician comes in hours, again without full supplies of parts to change the smoke pipeHe claims to be back in minutes after purchasing the parts but instead comes after full hour, that too after me calling the main office againIn the process, they raise the price by $dollars and said if I don't agree, they will walk away again, leaving the mess as it is in my homeWhat could have been a hour job, they did a whole day to do itI have never seen such pathetic service company who does shows such unprofessional behaviorAfter finishing the work, no clean up, leaving all the mess as it is and just worried about getting the paymentOn top of that, the technician who comes to see the job, quotes me DOUBLE the price in which they have done exact same job elsewhereDO NOT use this company nor recommend this to any oneI am wondering how such companies are still in service and able to ripoff customers over and over againCheaters
