Mr. [redacted] called from the business stated that he has been communicating with Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] but they have a hard time hearing so its making things a little more difficult. Mr. [redacted] stated that the warranty has passed that the unit was installed in 2015. That the unit is working as...

it is suppose to. Mr. [redacted] stated that the until that the [redacted]s have is a [redacted] it has a computer unit that communicates to the outside unit and all components on the inside. It records all issues and will display if anything is found allowing the consumer to know what is going on. Mr. [redacted] stated that at the end of the one year warranty Mr. [redacted] requested for the business to come out and look at the unit and it was discovered that the unit needed an air filter. Mr. [redacted] didn't want to pay for the services. Mr. [redacted] stated that any time a service call is made or a part is replaced the consumer is responsible for that amount. On 6/21/17 a power surge happened when that happens the unit needs to be turned off for a minute or two then turned back on for it to reboot and set back to normal. Mr. [redacted] was explained this and wanted Mr. [redacted] still to come out to do that. Mr. [redacted] explained that there would be a service fee as well as a fee to reset the unit. The service fee was $[redacted] and to reset the unit was $[redacted]. Mr. [redacted] stated no refund will be given.

Review: All Air installed a new HVAC unit on February 16, 2011. They told us they would submit the warranty paperwork to the manufacturer. I had issues with their service on their last visit, so I had a new company come to service my unit, change the filter and check-up. When they came last Friday they discovered a problem and called the manufacturer to get warranty information, the representative from [redacted] was told the paperwork was never submitted. I called All Air while the [redacted] serviceman was here and we were told 'he submitted the paperwork and that he found it hard to believe they had no record of it. When I spoke with the [redacted] (manufacturer of my unit) today and I told them that the All Air representative told me he submitted the warranty information when it was installed they told me they had no record of it. I was told by Stephanie, [redacted] Senior Supervisor that I would need to get in touch with All Air and get the Registration ID Number that All Air would have been given when they submitted the paperwork. I called All Air back and spoke to Mr. Jerry B[redacted], owner, and asked for the Registration ID number I was told by him today that it was my responsibility when it was installed to submit the paperwork.

After my conversation today with All Air I was basically told he would no longer help or work with me. I have lost 5 years on my warranty because he failed to submit the paperwork he told me previously submitted. I have a witness from the new company providing service to my unit as to what I have been told.Desired Settlement: I want the remaining 5 years reinstated to my warranty.

[redacted]If you notice on the top of the Registration Form they did not send it in until 5 years after installing it - because of this fact [redacted] is not honoring the remaining 5 years of my warranty[redacted] This is what I need addressed, they did not send in the paperwork for my warranty when they should have, and therefore [redacted] said my warranty coverage ended on February 2016. Review: My wife and I paid AA All Air Heating and Cooling $466 on April 11, 2015 to repair our water heater because our system stopped generating hot water. After three attempts by this company's technicians to repair the system, we still have no hot water.

On April 21, 2015 my wife tried to resolve the matter with the owner [redacted], he hung up the phone on her. I called [redacted] shortly after he spoke with my wife, he said he was waiting for a part but a technician would arrive at our home at 11:30am on April 21st to repair the system. No one arrived.

My wife and I have called the company numerous times and no one is accepting our calls.

Therefore, to remedy this matter we are requesting that this company refundus the $466 we have already paid the companyas for the repair as well as the cost incured to hire another company to repair our water heating system.Desired Settlement: We are requesting a refund in the amount of $466 as well as the cost we have incured by hiring another company to repair the system.

Review: I contacted All Air to fix my [redacted] Humidifier. The owner came on 11/24/15, located the problem, and charged me an additional charge of $285.00 labor charge not for labor but as down payment on a new gas furnace which I did not want or need at that time. My gas furnace was given a clean bill of health 1 yr. ago, and, inspected the following day by Childress Heating and Air on 11/25 15, as a precautionary move on my part. Both inspections were done by Childress HVAC. I paid $89.00 for the All Air Service Call on 11/24/15 plus the so called labor charge of $285.00, a total of $364.00, and, the humidifier remains unfixed. The owner of All Air did his own inspection of my furnace, which I did not request, probably due to its age and possibility of selling me a new furnace. I have dealt with [redacted] for over 6 or 7 yrs. and trust their inspections and repairs as required. Clearly, the $285.00 I was charged by All Air is improper and the antithesis of "better busines". I do not want his business in the future, and, I am out $364.00 for no repairs, but willing to pay $60.00 for the owner's inspection of my gas furnace which I did not request. Of the $364.00 paid to All Air, I want $215.00 returned by check in the mailDesired Settlement: As noted above, a return of $215.00 on the so called labor charge of $285.00. My humidifier remains unfixed but I'll seek someone else for the repair. I do not like being taken advantage of, and as a senior citizen, shady business practice.
